Method 1
- At first you need to shut down your phone first. TO do that you need to press & hold the power key for few seconds. You can turn of it by pressing the power button once and selecting the “power off”
- Wait for a while to complete the shutdown process
- Now, you need to press & hold the power & volume down button till you see the LG logo is displayed on the screen
- Right after the LG logo is shown on the screen, yu need to go of with the Power Key and keep pressing the Volume Down and then press one more time the power button
- After this, you will be taken to the Hard Reset Window
- Just agree with the alerts and accept the screen prompts to allow the wiping process
- However, you can do this by accessing the recovery mode to clear the app data cache by choosing the “wipe data cache ” wipe cache partition
Method 2
- Turn on your LG V10
- Now go to the menu
- Choose setting and select “Backup & Reset “
- Now, choose Reset Phone & choose the Erase Everything
- Now, tap on the OK when you are ready
